The two Kastro-Apartments in a two-
floored house were only finished in Spring 2007. Nadia and
Nikos built them in best tradition following the beautiful
Cretan style, including large verandas/balconies and a swimming
pool and then added modern and cosy furnishings in the end.
Double glass aluminium
doors and windows combined with mosquito nets ensure a maximum
of sleeping comfort and an enjoyable quality of holiday.
The basic equipment includes also air conditioning, safety
box, sat-TV, washing machine, hair dryer and electric iron.
Outdoor living is perfect with
the swimming pool (30 m˛), the outside dining area and the
BBQ while sitting under the glorious Cretan sun and enjoying
the fantastic views.

Even though the delightful village
of Kastellos is just 5 km away from the fine, sandy beach
and the National Highway, it manages to keep its naturalness
and traditional charm. That´s why the idyllic hillside location
guarantees both excellent peace and unique views of the
sea and the magic landscape with its small villages.
Both apartments provide
an attractively designed open-plan living and dining area
with fully equipped kitchen (including coffee machine, electric
kettle, micro wave), 2 bedrooms (single beds/double bed/extra-bed),
a bathroom with walk-in-shower and a separate toilet.
They are different
in floor plan and size: While the ground floor apartment
has altogether 73m˛ living area the upper apartment has
95m˛ on 2 levels and a second toilet.

Located in the up-and-coming holiday
resort of Kavros and only 300 m away from the endless sandy
beach, the Nikos´Studios are a beautiful possibility to
spend your holidays under the Cretan sun. Shopping facilities,
tavernas and cafés are within walking distance from the
studios.
The owners Nadia and Niko themselves
live in the house and they are always there for their guests,
also helping them to manage the small problems found on
holidays.

The furnishings of each studio (altogether
5) is cheerful and practically. On 25 m˛ is enough room
for 2 - 3 people.

All studios
are on the first floor have air-conditioning (5,- Euro /day),
have a bathroom with bath tub, a balcony with sea or mountain
views and the kitchen has everything a holiday maker needs,
including a coffee machine and an electric kettle.
